The captured videos/photos recordings can be used and/or stored and/or processed by the organizer of the event - ETEM BULGARIA EAD, UIC 115252741 and/or any third party explicitly authorized by the latter, for a period of five years from the date of the recording.
I have been informed that if I do not agree for video recordings of me to be captured, I cannot attend the event being held, and my very presence confirms my explicit consent to the video recording of the event and the processing of my personal data.
