Arch. Serafimov is involved in the development of significant projects, including Tokuda Hospital, Bulstrad Arena Rousse Hall, Reconstruction of the Palace of Culture and Sport Varna, IKEA, Porsche Center, Lot 1 from the First Metro Diameter to Sofia Airport, Alfa Bank and Waste Processing Plant in Sofia. One of his latest projects - The multifunctional building The Blue Offices is standing out amongst the architectural appearance of Sofia with its clean shapes, a mirror plane of the facades and a fine plastic artwork.
Serafimov Architects was founded in 1990 and today is one of the largest architectural companies in Bulgaria. The studio includes over 25 employees - architects, designers, urban planning specialists and designers, as well as over 100 associate engineers and consultants.
